Our Services.

Property titles and boundary rules can feel complicated, but resolving them doesn’t have to be. I provide end-to-end surveying services — from initial consultation through to Council approvals and final sign-off with Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). Whether you’re subdividing land, updating a defective title, or converting a cross lease, I make the process clear and straightforward so you can move forward with confidence.
